Johannes Hämmerle plays all of the music composed for organ by Hugo Distler (1908-1942) in a 2-CD set. The organ is the three-manual Metzler built in 1976 at the Cathedral in Feldkirch, Austria. The 28-page booklet includes extensive notes on the music in English and German, the organ stoplist, etc. Imported by Raven.
